Save = No mayor

Hello

What i did:
i builed cottage and my population inceased to 30 - I save the game. Then I waited for mayor choice - and I didnt get anything. So I builded more cottages and I increased population to 220 - still didnt get any mayor.

If you save shortly after you reach population 30 - you wont get a mayor. Even when your population reach 200 - then nothing happen.

tried it a couple of times, still same bug.
