How do I refund this game please, I bought the 250$ version and It crashes on startup everytime I've spent hours trying to get this game to work for days. How do I refund this?

I would say you need to check your email and open the one they sent you and find the email for support . Send them a email or context customer support. 250$ is a lot of money. P.s if you still have the extra beta key i would like to try this game out. I got the ranger and they had no more keys then i got the soldier they had no more keys. Lol it sucks. I can't justify 250$ for a beta to my wife

I want to know if there are beta keys for all the backing programs only the expensive bundles are left and, i don't want to invest money to then wait for release.
