how to find rangers

Hello,
Just started to play the game and build some structures, but I can't find one of my rangers.
Is there a key to find them.

There is not a key to find them.
There are 2 ways you can find it.
1) Zoom way way out and click+drag over an area and it will select troops in the area.
2) You can CTRL+Click on a unit and it will select ALL of that unit type (so ctrl click a ranger to select ALL rangers on the map no matter where they are). You can then issue commands to move and all of your rangers will move to the spot you selected.
