Reduce building sizes and let us place them near eachother

I suggest that the developers reduce the actual model of the buildings by like 10-20% but not the tiles, and will allow the player to build buildings next to each other without path restriction
This will save up a lot of space to build more stuff and will also allow units to move more freely across the town

Either that or create a road building system which i am sure no one likes.

I agree with that because circulation in town with units is unbearable, but cheap road to move faster across the city would be really great as well.

I think NG went with the logical approach, the buildings take up the tiles and units can't walk through the walls of buildings.

So really, it's about planning the location of all buildings.

That being said, I think archers/soldiers/snipers and (maybe) thanatos should be allowed to walk between buildings even if there is no tile space, but restrict Lucifer/Titan from entering such a tight space.


On a side note:

With the same interest in mind, I think we should be allowed to build structures on top of ore/mining areas and just have the tile resource mitigated, similar to how building structures on top of a Farm works.

Or have a "clear resource" tool that lets you bury/cover up an Ore/Oil location to place a building on top.
