Pause upgrades
Posted: Wed Jan 17, 2018 8:21 amSo when you build during pause you can cancel the the building for a full refund. However if you start an upgrade during pause and then cancel it only gives back half resources. Given how everything else in pause is a full refund this just seems like a bug over an oversight.
