Game Inner Render Resolution

Hello,

I'm having a weird issue, I can change the game resolution but the inner render resolution stays the same. It's too low resolution and blurry. So even the game window changes its resolution, game graphics are rendered in low resolution.

I have radeon 480 rx (Win10x64) and I don't get any issues with other games. It can be driver issue since the engine of the game is unheard of by me but any cfg file edits can solve it maybe ?

Ok, Update :

I played with display option in graphics settings, which is meant to change the monitor game will be rendered. I have 3 monitors, display1 is my radeon 480rx, other two is intel graphics 4000. When I change it to other than display1, graphics are rendered correctly. But the fps is bad since its using intel igfx. When I change it to display1 no matter when subsettings i tried, graphics comes with low resolution. My radeon monitor is 144hz but I tried fixing desktop refresh rate to 60hz and run the game as windowed etc and in game settings. It didn't fix the issue.
