If you've got a Razer headset disable the Synapse software and then delete the registry entries for they are billions, it can be found in:

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Razer\Kraken0502_1.0.6\NahimicSettings\Applications\

If it's not Synapse software then unfortunately I dunno how to help
