[SOLVED] Healing when not in battle

For instance if the cleric is selected and light heal (or cure wounds) is chosen:
When you mouse over the individual icons, the mouse does not switch from the spear type symbol to the clustered star one. And if you click on icon anyway, nothing happens except the clunky sound that tells you it is not going to happen.
Same happens with Paladin individual spells. The aura spells work fine.
