Clicked on "View Changes" now no sound from client / TAB

Hi all,

I clicked on "View Changes" on the Home screen this morning, and now there is no sound from any part of the game.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or have a quick fix for it? I've tried all the usual methods and not found anything that works.



Update: Found a registry key for Razer Kraken headset/ Synapse software that it seems was causing the issue. After deleting the key associated with TAB and reloading the game the sound was as normal.

If someone else experiences a similar problem you can find the key in: \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Razer\Kraken0502_1.0.6\NahimicSettings\Applications\


Update 2: So as it turns out the sound returns and is normal until you adjust the volume, at which point the sound disappears again. This is an odd problem.

Anyone else had problems with this?

It is definitely Razer Synapse for the Kraken headset that is causing the problem, I just dont know how to fix it apart from disabling Synapse, which I'm doing, but would love to find a fix that doesn't require that.

Would be good to get any sort of feedback on this if anyone else is experiencing the same.
